Then use the tools of business for a better world and join us as Head of Comms (ideally full-time, Hamburg)

Your job
You will be responsible for all communication-related trades. You will make Impacc the leading brand for a new, more effective way of providing development aid. You will manage a team of colleagues and pro bono experts, develop and implement marketing plans, acquire partners, conceptualise events and, last but not least, get Impacc into the media.

Your profile
You have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in marketing and ideally PR, preferably with a strong brand. International experience would be good, as the team speaks English.

You are great at your job, but selling packet soup is no longer enough for you. You want to use your skills to make the world a little better and fairer.
You have a cool head (you can think, analyse and prioritise) and a warm heart (you are socially committed) and strong hands (you are a doer type).

You share our values: we are impatient optimists who want to use the tools of business for social change.

Till ran both for profit companies and a global NGO and has always strived to bridge the gap between the social and the private sector. As global CEO of Welthungerhilfe (a German food- and nutrition-security NGO with 2,500 staff in 40 countries and a budget of 250mio$), he championed innovation and impact. Previously, as Marketing, Sales and Innovation Director for consumer goods company, Procter & Gamble, he built innovation methods and processes to rejuvenate P&G’s global salon portfolio.
