Beza brings over a decade of experience in e-commerce, fintech, and digital marketing, grounded in her background as an engineer. Passionate about inclusive employment, she founded BeSingularity to bridge Ethiopia’s youth and gender employment gap and to connect companies with the talent they’re missing. Today, she leads a predominantly female team building scalable, sales-focused job solutions for the next generation of sales professionals.
